Preparing for a Virtual Training Session
I implore my virtual clients to have a yoga mat, resistance bands, a physio ball, and a few dumbbells to maximize their workouts. Many of the movements that improve posture, correct injuries, and prevent pain can be done at home. For many of my clients this has been a convenient way of maintaining and improving their progress when not in the studio.
Are Virtual Sessions Different Than In-Person Sessions?
The structure of our virtual sessions compared to in-person sessions are relatively the same albeit a different approach to facilitated stretching and soft tissue manipulation.
